FEED MIXER
The Bonino feed mixers are based on a simple design of horizontal augers which shred the various ingredients and feeds against a double set of knives to produce an even mix of material.
Our feed mixers are ideal for dairy farms, biogas plants or ground keeping. The mixing system, fitted with blades, can mix the ingredients in dairy cow rations effectively. The same machine can shred any feed the biogas plant manager decides to put into his anaerobic digestor and can be utilized in ground keeping chopping shrubbery, brambles and branches to make compost or for the biogas digestor.
Our mixers are compact machines with a loading capacity that ranges from 4m³ for the smaller model to 8m³ for the bigger one. They are ideal also for farmers that need to diversify the diet for a small portion of their herds or for fitting in small buildings where big mixer wagons wouldn’t enter.
LOADING SHOVEL
Our mixer wagons can be loaded from the top or can be fitted with an hydraulic loading shovel at the back to load grass bales, hay, straw or any other materials.

CUTTING SYSTEM
The two sets of crossing knives installed in the augers ensure that the shredding operation is quick and effective. Types and quantities of blades can by customized.

CUSTOMIZED ELEVATOR
The machines can be fitted with side mounted elevators to unload the mix at different heights. Optional weighing sensors are available to measure the loaded weight.
